Drug dealers and hookers at Bloomington and Lake; and then you have the 'neighborhood group', CNIA where the 'ED' gets $48,000 per year plus car money and it looks from the discussion that his appointed job is to do nothing at all.
That's like city sponsorship of street drugs and prostitution on Lake Street.
Mayor Rybak and the city are in budget process.
They could save some good money and improve the city by cutting out at least the CNIA.  Also, the police is a major part of city budget.
In the police budget discussion, Mayor Rybak has opportunity to ask the police what are they going to do about drug dealers, prostitutes etc., at Bloomington & Lake.
We could have a fast and lasting clean up of the whole lake street, wherever such problem exists.
