How much?
Too much!

Some examples of how to apply them:

$313 per square foot to remodel Lydia House?
I thought we wanted to provide clean, safe housing for the mentally
challenged - not big fat wallets for the morally challenged!

$30 million for the Guthrie? Is that on top of the 10 acres of riverfront
land at $6 per square foot?
Oh, the acute housing and police shortage must have morphed into a "culture"
deficit!

SISTERS WHERE ART THOU?

Let's put our shopping skills to work. We know the difference between a
bargain and a boondoggle. Come on - I've seen you bring an entire Wal-Mart
store to a standstill over a $2 overcharge. How about planning a few
apoplectic fits down at City Hall?
