One of my reactions was to note a significant difference between the 
Pioneer Press and the Star Tribune articles on this survey.

The survey showed a major difference in attitudes toward police treatment 
of the public between minority and non-minority respondents.  Among 
non-minority respondents, 20% were unhappy.  For minority respondents, 
twice that, 40% were unhappy with police treatment.

The Mpls Star-Tribune highlighted this, even including a quote from the 
Mayor about it.  The St. Paul Pioneer Press didn't even think it worth of a 
mention in the article.
