MRBA will hold an open meeting to recruit and select
five (5) Representatives and ten Alternates to
represent environmental interests during the
implementation of the City�s Master Plan.

Background:
The City of Minneapolis has developed a Master Plan
for redeveloping the Mississippi River Corridor in
North and Northeast Minneapolis. To help implement
this Master Plan, the Minneapolis Community
Development Agency (MCDA) is helping to form a
Citizens� Advisory Committee (CAC) which will be
comprised of representatives from three interest
areas:
Neighborhood Residents, Area Businesses and
Environmental Groups.
The MCDA has developed a process for selecting
representatives and has asked Mississippi River Basin
Alliance (MRBA) to help recruit members of the
environmental community to serve on the CAC.
If you or a representative of your group would like to
serve on the CAC as an Environmental Representative,
please plan to attend this meeting or contact us to
receive an application. APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED
BY MARCH 6TH.
If you can�t participate but would like to be kept
informed, please send your contact information to the
same address.
