This is the same guy, who a week after 9/11, declared loudly that he under no circumstances would fight this countries enemies. No one had even asked him, but he took 9/11 as an oportunity to push his own petty little special interest issue (homosexuality). So this guy, who would not fight to defend our democracy, now asks for our support in his bid to participate in it. Further, he thinks he's qualified himself to guide our kids. Beautiful. After wading through his DFL boiler plate which lacks any detail what-so-ever, I'm left with the impression that he: -says he knows how to spend money -wants more homosexual, racial and gender based "special interest" curriculum. -is not impressed with the training methods that teachers are learning in college. Sounds like a shoe-in. Our kids are wallowing in the effects of 30 years of "progressive" experimentation in the schools. 40+% of MPS kids are not graduating from high schools, even though we are "investing" record amounts of money in education. This guy epitomizes what's wrong in schools today. If you're happy with what you see and want more of it..this is the guy for you.
