Having been to Ecopolitan on a number of occassions since last summer, I am happy to see them finally get reviewed by the Star Tribune. I am surprised that the reviewer overlooks their tasty desert menu all together. My family and I went to Ecopolitan just for desert as part of a birthday celebration in February and enjoyed the wide range of delicious deserts immensely.
