Okay now I am confused. the Mpls Public School web site shows terms expiring in 2003, 2004 and 2005 http://www.mpls.k12.mn.us/about/board/board_of_education.shtml I had thought they were all to be elected in even years. Now I expect that the terms expire in January of the year listed, but why every year for 3 years?
