OK, sue me, I read the sports pages first. In his column this morning, Sid Hartman (pumping R.T. Rybak as the next Norm Coleman on stadium stuff) writes "Rybak could use some help from retiring legislator Larry Pogemiller, chairman of the Senate Taxes committee, and his Minneapolis delegation..."
Leaving aside yet another Sid's political advice, did I miss an announcement? Is Pogey stepping down? If so, there's another open seat in the city and another big blow to Minneapolis-delegation seniority. If Sid's wrong, it wouldn't be the first time...
