At leaste one person (me) who didn't know the list existed, found it because of the the Strib article. I don't think either the list or the Strib need to worry about the other. They really are two very different animals - one an electronic version of the backyard fence, part gossip, part news etc. and the other a big city newspaper whose credibility comes from covering a broad range of issues fairly.
