I've been talking to Public Works tonight and the call is: with more snow scheduled tonight, it's better to call a snow emergency in the early am....but that will continue to be assessed. Plowing does continue, however, and you can get the full news on the news tonight.

Org Cc: Mayor Rybak Subject: [Mpls] snow plowing Having all this snow will be a very good test for our new Mayor. Will the City of Minneapolis be able to plow the streets in a timely manner? Will Mayor Rybak be able to make sure that the city owns up to one of it's true responsibilities? Will the city now, under new leadership, be able to own a better record than that of the previous administration? Minneapolis, stay turned and let the plowing begin.
