When the borrowers default, the banks don't take the hit - we do! I wonder how the MCDA is doing in collecting the $178 million worth of "developer loans" they've handed out. And we're still waiting for an accounting of the $500 million that the MCDA has gone through over the past ten years (not counting new debts incurred.)
