Might not a precautionary measure be more effective than a reactionary one? ----------- I work at In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre. We receive notification whenever a Level III Sex Offender moves into the immediate neighborhood. (Fairly often, it seems). Maybe that's because we offer programing for children here, but I think that all nearby businesses should be notified. I also think it would be nice if we were notified when they move out of the neighborhood or go back to jail.
