At the Senate District 60 Green Party Caucus a
resolution was passed unanimously calling for a
civilian review board with subpoena power in
Minneapolis.  It appears from the article that those
voting against the proposal want more time to see how
the new board will be structured and operate before
conferring this authority.  I'm pleased to see the
level of support the proposal has recieved at this
point and am hopeful that this  much needed change
will prevail.
