At the Senate District 60 Green Party Caucus a resolution was passed unanimously calling for a civilian review board with subpoena power in Minneapolis. It appears from the article that those voting against the proposal want more time to see how the new board will be structured and operate before conferring this authority. I'm pleased to see the level of support the proposal has recieved at this point and am hopeful that this much needed change will prevail.
