I have to say after reading this morning's Pioneer Press story on RT Rybak
that, as I proudly suspected you would, you have in R.T. a person of
extraordinary means to bring Minneapolis together in ways no other has - and
I must, in some ways, include the great Don Fraser.
This guy has the job by the horns. When the cops and the aggrieved can
praise him for his unusual willingness to wade into the think of the
controversies with confidence that a new approach will bode well for the
city, you've got a whale of an elected official here.
*sigh* If only we...
