List, This week in Florida a man was attacked by another with a machete. The man who was attacked had no weapons, but managed to fight him off and survived. He cut cut twice, and yes, he was lucky that was all. If the cut on the back of his neck had been an inch or so deeper, he could have been paralyzed. As it stands, after he was bandaged up all that remained to remind him of the incident was a slight headache.
How does this relate to Minneapolis? The MPD had a whole slew of police and all they could do was kill the man.
