NEWS ADVISORY March 28, 2002 Mayor R.T. Rybak will deliver the State of the City Address on Tuesday, April 2 at 10:30 a.m. The speech will be delivered at the new People Serving People facility, which is located at 614 South 3rd St. The center will open April 20 and will provide services to homeless families and individuals, including temporary emergency housing services, transitional housing and supportive services. The State of the City Address is open to the public and does not require tickets. It will be videotaped for rebroadcast on Minneapolis Cable and webcast on the city's website.
