I called the West Bank Community Development Corporation's offices. The sale was a conveyence to the West Bank Community Housing Corporation by the MCDA of land on which the WBCHC has a 100-year lease. Riverside Homes is on this land. A Planned Use Development is underway on the property. The MCDA seems to have suggested the sale to the WBCHC (a company of the WBCDC) rather than being bogged down in the administrative tasks of creating easements to access properties near the interior of this land.
