I want to remind you that the reason that the NAACP did NOT
have a plan on the 28th was because it did NOT have
community approval, and that was important before we
submitted a plan to you.  We wanted to make sure that the
premises for the plan were approved before a plan was
submitted.

I agree with you that the NAACP plan does not take into
account any incumbents or any political party interests.  I
personally think the plan is much more logical and
beneficial for the people of the City of Minneapolis.

The other plans I have seen have benefited a Party or an
incumbent.  I even think there was a plan that would assure
one person could not get into office unless they moved.

I would hope that the redistricting commission would take
into account the Community and adopt the NAACP plan thus
leaving their party and personal interests at home.
