A Tenant Issues Working Group has been meeting regularly in the last few months to review, comment on, and make recommendations concerning Mayor Rybak's 90-day plan for affordable housing. Our overall strategies and recommendations are as follows, keeping in mind that each of the recommendations is supported by commentary and further analysis. If you want the full "package" in Word format, please e-mail me off-list. Otherwise, it will be available at the Summit on Sunday, April 7, 2002, at the Zuhrah Shrine Center (2540 Park Avenue). Preliminary word from the Mayor's office is that all of the recommendations will be discussed by the Mayor, with the exception of the call for reform of NRP.
