    I haven't been as involved in the various neighborhood 
activities as Annie has, but I can wholeheartedly agree with
her on the lack of representation our little stub of Phillips
got from Tony Scallon when we were part of his ward. Surely there must be some way to 
keep us part of the 6th ward? 
Whatever happened to the notion of keeping neighborhoods as
whole as possible? Frankly, I'm amazed that the state
redistricting panel managed to make the new House districts 
conform to the neighborhood lines better than the city's
commission. Maybe we should consider dumping the commission
and seeing if we can retain the panel?
