I just want to remind everyone that threatening swift kicks anywhere, or other physical harm - even if it may be part jest - qualifies as inflamed rhetoric and is against the rules of the forum.
Let's have a good, hard, fair rental-market debate, but if we want all sides to participate (or listen) we need to avoid rhetoric such as this. Good, pointed arguments can be made without such stuff.
