I was out of town, and I didn't see the footage. The first thing that came to mind was comparing this "riot" to the time that the NYPD went on the road to a conference in Washington DC and embarrassed the city. They did things like strip, and slide down banisters in the motel, pull fire alarms, and sit there looking out of their windows, laughing at the guests who evacuated. I think Terrell's analysis of the situation is well taken.
