question and it is yes.

Despite what appears to be anti-union activities by Mr. McLean (I encourage
people to read the articles and judge for themselves), I would still say the
Loring Caf� and Bar should be allowed to continue operating at this
location.  

The Loring is a unique establishment that really stands out in a downtown
that appears to be moving more and more towards the cookie-cutter sameness
we see at the malls and along the freeways throughout the rest of the metro
area.

There are roughly 3,000 signatures so far on the online petition Aaron
mentioned in his post.  I encourage List members to check out the petition
and the comments people included and consider signing on as well.
