[Mpls] Off-leash parks

Boy, I sure would LOVE to have a off-leash park up here on the north side.  Past Park Board member Ernie Belton failed to see the benefit of having such a park in North Minneapolis.  Seems unnecessary to have to drive to Lake of the Isles, or Minnehaha Park so that my dog can enjoy the company of other canines.  I might be wrong, but I know of no off leash parks in North Minneapolis.  With Theodore Wirth Park so near, seems like there is room to build such a park.  I'm thinking of the archery area just east of the Chalet at Theo Wirth Park and Plymouth Avenue...   Eduardo Parra Cleveland
