I do not mind redevelopment where it is needed, and  we all know something must be done at Franklin and Portland.  What I do mind is these grandiose developments that are publicly funded.  Maybe if CCHT stopped running 50% vacancies in some of their other publically funded projects, they could fund a redevelopment project off their positive cash flow, like the rest of us do in the "real world".   Steve Meldahl 3rd ward (work)
