Why should they have to say anything? CM Joe Biernat was indicted, not convicted. An indictment is an accusation of criminal behavior. BTW, I am not a supporter of Joe Biernat. I contributed to Shane Price's campaign, I had a Shane Price sign in my front yard, and I voted for Shane Price. But I think it is unfair to consider Joe Biernat guilty unless he is convicted.
