[TB] Give me a break. Plymouth Church is not breaking any laws, they have
applied for a conditional use permit allowing the proposed use of their
property. A conditional use permit is a normal and regular use of the City
of Minneapolis zoning code.

You object to the permit. You own a business in the neighborhood and have
joined a group that doesn't want the facility in filing a lawsuit to prevent
it. Its called NIMBY, Not In My BackYard. In this instance a conditional
use permit wouldn't even be required if Plynouth were to rent the rooms to
the same people and not provide any support. Are you suggesting that is a
better option?

Margaret Miles' question of what neighbor someone is from is relevant to
this subject. Many areas (Navarre?) don't have any affordable housing, any
supportive housing and work hard to keep it that way. If she responds to
additional arguments that makes for even more coverage of the issue.
