If you want to know the little ways this list contributes to community-building, I'd like to give three examples: Jude Poseley, Barb Lickness and Rick Carney.
All three took several hours out from their week to volunteer at our Kingfield Annual Meeting. They helped monitor the elections and freed neighborhood staff & volunteers to schmooze with the 150 (!) neighbors in attendance.
