The funniest part of this is:
Sabri emphatically believes there should be just one Cinco de Mayo
celebration this year -- the one promoted by him. He's furious with City
Council Vice President Robert Lilligren, whom Sabri calls "King Tut" and
"His Highness." Sabri claims that his application for a permit to hold the
event was made long before Ortega's and that Ortega didn't even get his
application to the city the required 30 days before the event. Sabri is
talking about court action against Lilligren.
