Hi everyone-- I have a plea from those of us who read Minneapolis Issues in digest form:
when you're replying to a message, please (pretty please!) delete the stuff that doesn't pertain to what you're responding to. This includes the various headers that are at the beginning of each message, the crap that gets put on the bottom of each message if you use a mailer like Yahoo or Hotmail and most importantly as much of the reply to the reply to the reply that you're replying to! It's really frustrating to get a digest (always great fun to see what's going on, even a day late) and have to scroll through lots of useless stuff to find where the next message begins. A side plea: also, if possible, send your messages in plain text. Even if you don't use fancy stuff like bold, HTML mode translates every little thing (like line breaks which become a <br> or <p> that resides on its own line) into a tag--when it comes through on the digest (which ONLY reads plain text) it can make for a really huge message. Thanks! Sue Ponsford Bryant __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
