You have to love this argument about not having the wherewithal to live in the city. Strikes me that, not long ago, our urban core(s) were nonviable ghettos people from outside the city limits would never traverse (unless scrambling through on a freeway). Surely no one would dare enter *there* - where all the crime and death lingers - hovering in wait for a victim - will it be *you?* � to prey on.
Hmmm. Now no one can afford to live here? Looks like values have done the about face we all insisted were there to begin with. Now, someone should inform those appraisers.
