I have found all this talk about the DFL Feminist caucus very interesting. It sounds to me that the representation of the people that one group consider themselves representing can be achieved without having to get the endorsement of that group. More people need to remember that at the voting booth next time. I have never been in favor of playing "gender" or "race" politics for this very reason. Everyone has their own special interests, and I support the practice of expressing those interests by group identification.
