One thing I'd like to advise those DFL'ers in Senate
District 62 is to be open minded going into the
endorsing convention this weekend. This senate seat
has only been open for eleven days and, while Rep. Wes
Skoglund is a well known commodity, there is a second
candidate in Vivian Klauber. I spoke to Vivian this
morning and she is definately running. I have worked
with Vivian on DFL related matters and know that she
is progressive, bright and hard working and would make
an excellent Senator. If I had her full bio in front
of me I'd give you more info, but I'm sure she will be
making her case this weekend.
