Anyone who has ridden on the Cedar Lake trail knows the joy of having a bicycle only route with little interaction with automobiles. Yes, it's partly a recreational trail but by design it's for commuting - and it's designed well. It's also heavily used.
I'd be all for creating new bicycle only routes for commuter traffic. City streets would be good. Personally, I'd vote for 35W.
