This story brings to mind downtown replacement upgrades and how they have or may fare. Saks replaced JC Penney and appears to be non-performing. Shinder's replaced Burger King and appears to be doing OK. Hooters will replace Moby Dick's. Can anyone else think of recent prominent downtown replacements?
