Maybe a phone call to Doug Grow (or e-mail) would garner some public exposure and stir up some public outrage?
At least the landlord, precinct and neighbors might be asked to comment on the story. I think I'd substitute "innocent" for "Indian" since the cultural heritage of the kids has nothing to do with the story.
