Cub Foods carries Huisken's frozen beef patties. According to one Meat
Manager, they have a hard time keeping them in stock. The Cub at 59th and
Nicollet had about 20 packages at 8:30 this morning.

There are two sources of the radiation used to treat the beef. Huiskens
uses an electrically generated source, similar to a (large) dental x-Ray
machine. Other food irradiation suppliers use cobalt-60. Neither process
leaves any residual radiation in the food. (yes, I've checked)
