Once again, the city elections office has candidate filings that are updated daily. I think this is just for school board races. The link is:

Also, Hennepin County maintains a link for locally based legislative races:

The Minnesota Secretary of State's office has an excellent site where you can even view the candidate's filing papers. Minneapolis races are included (they are Senate Districts 58-63 and House Districts 58A-63A)
