Wiz, Welcome to the show. The landlords have felt this whip for a couple of
years now.
Landlords have always felt that certain city ordinances are enforced on
rental but never homeowners. This code was one. Well, I hope all of the
homeowners get little bit of this one.
It all falls under the guideline of "making someone responsible for some one
elses action".
"Don't ever, ever, address the original crime or the original criminal,
threaten to make a criminal out of some else, they'll do the job".
