Hey folks, I remember asking about public locations to watch the World Cup on TV. I found a private location that turned out to be very accommodating and convenient. Now I'm looking for a location to watch the Tour de France. It's on the Outdoor Life Network (channel 231 in Time Warner's digital cable options) Any ideas?
