I think this is very wrong. It has been my experience working with LCC
that people are very passionate about the environment and if they perceive
that someone is in any way harm the environment especially the parks that
someone is in trouble.  I think what appears to be a reneging of a deal
between the park board and the city will bode poorly for the members of
the city council.  This is clearly a heart issue and not bread and butter.

Just my 2 cents.
