I would appreciate hearing from anyone on the list who has information about commercial areas in Minneapolis that have overtime Officers on foot patrol. I would like to know a few things: 1. What entity contracted with the MPD and how did that process occur? 2. What, if any, impact have the patroling Officers had on the area?
I am currently attempting to contract for overtime Officers in the 27th and Lake Street area.
