Removing tongue from cheek, I see that the article talks about home purchase affordability, which is related to rental affordability, but not the equivalent thing. And the article does not paint a completely rosy picture even for home purchase: "Despite the good news, Garczynski said millions of Americans � particularly minority and low-income people � still cannot afford to purchase a home."
