state list of lobbyists. No Tom Johnson appears on that last. However,
anyone who speaks to any official about any issue which may come before
that official is a lobbyist, though we would call that citizen an
advocate. Accordingly, Piehl's current visits to the state's lead
historical preservationist to try and get the I35W project derailed
constitute lobbying.
