Currently, if someone hurts themselves while walking, running, biking, skate boarding, etc., or playing ball or soccer, hockey, etc. on MPRB lands, what is the liability issue and insurance ramifications? Don't kids/parents have to sign liability waivers (for whatever they are worth- or not)? How would community gardens differ?
