I doubt it will have any impact. How many people actually work in Downtown and live somewhere along the Hiawatha route? Probably not many. I might take LRT to work, but I work in Bloomington. I sure as heck won't be riding LRT into Downtown except on the return commute from Bloomington. Besides, I have never gotten a parking ticket, even though I park in Downtown every week (gotta get my comics fix from Big Brain).
