I think there's a lot of questions that will need to
be answered before it is appropriate to start finding
a way to fix what happened.

I'd recommend waiting for the police report on what
exactly happened as well as more background
information on the woman involved (according to what I
heard about the channel 9 report, she didn't sound
like the "criminal type").

This may have been indicative of a deeper crime
problem, but then it may have been a bad medication
reaction or a mental disorder caused by an infection,
brain tumor, or it may have been something else.

>From everything I've heard so far, Horn Towers sounds
like it is not a high crime area, so it is very
important to wait until the facts are in before
advocating courses of action.

I would also hate to see this tragedy politicized,
especially if it turns out not to have political
ramifications.  Right now it's time to let the
investigators do their work.
