A groundbreaking celebration will be held for the Holland Neighborhood Townhomes on Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at 824 24th Ave. NE. The Holland Neighborhood Improvement Association (HNIA) initiated the nine-unit development by distributing a request for proposals for the property, which at one time was used as a parking lot for US Bank.
