I have a few clarifying questions regarding Johnson Lee's statement in
Doug Grow's column in Sunday's Strib: ["Johnson Lee said that she bounced
the statement off a couple of her council colleagues before releasing it.
She won't say which ones gave her the thumbs up. 'They said it was fine,
but they're being silent now,' she said, mild disgust in her voice."]

- Would the city council listees who gave "thumbs up" be willing to
address the above statement on list? And if not, would anyone be willing
to at least identify whose thumbs were raised?

and

- Where is Councilperson Dean Zimmermann on this issue? I think it's
interesting to note that the Mpls/5th District Green Party listserv has
been eerily quiet on this matter as well.

[Apologies if the questions above are already being addressed, as I am on
digest and haven't received all related posts to date.]

Anyway, I'm astounded by the lack of public support offered to Johnson Lee
by her colleagues in a moment such as this.
