I don't know if it's a proliferation or just business as usual, but the number of people who run the lights at Lake and Portland, Lake and Park, 31st St. and Park and 31st St. and Portland is astronomical. No week goes by without that sound of crashing vehicles. Some of those crashes have created major loss of life and injury.
